I can’t put into words how AMAZING Very Eventful were for our wedding. The centrepieces were so colourful and unique, the bouquets and button holes exceeded all our expectations too. We also wanted pocket boutonnieres that I’d seen on Pinterest (every brides best friend) and they more than delivered!
These ladies are so kind and helpful and made every effort to make our day so perfect!
"I personally found planning a wedding extremely stressful, especially having just recently given birth. Luckily, we had Very Eventful & Very Eventful in Bloom provide the flowers and decor for our venue. Every telephone conversation and face to face meeting were very well planned and they gave us the confidence and trust in everything that they provided for our special day. They were very patient with us whenever we changed our minds and always at the other end of the phone to respond to messages/questions/ideas we pinged across via Instagram (which I thought was great as images don’t show great via email & these days there are millions of ideas on Instagram/social media). Choosing flowers and decor was the most difficult part for me but Very Eventful made it seem so effortless - they listened to everything I pictured in my mind of how I wanted my wedding day to look and they made it happen. I really can’t thank them enough or recommend them enough. Everything they provided for us was truly beautiful.
I honestly get emotional when I think about about all of the hard work that Very Eventful put into our wedding and how beautiful our floral displays turned out.
Helen and her team made our day magical, they have such an eye for beauty and use that to create the most warm and welcoming environments. Seeing the hours and hours of hard work that went into the floral installations the day before our wedding was unbelievable and I couldn't believe it when I returned the evening before for a sneak peak of the venue, and the whole team were still there, 12 hours in and still as enthusiastic as ever.
It really is a craft what this team do and it's like nothing I've ever seen before. When we met the Very Eventful team at the venue to discuss ideas a few months before the event, Helen was unbelievable, she had so many ideas for floral arrangements that I would never have even imagined. One of these ideas was a floral installation that wrapped all the way around the inside handle of a spiral staircase. Our venue was a 13th Century castle so the staircase was incredibly steep and winding. On the installation day the castle was still open to the public which made it even more difficult to install with visitors moving up and down the stairs... but again, the team were amazing, not phased by it and managed to produce the most amazing outcome.
Over the days we got to know Helen she felt like family, so much so, that my parents invited her for Christmas dinner and the Groom was sick of hearing me talk about how much I loved her, how amazing she was, and how I just wanted to leave my job and go and work for her.
The team are so special, and they played a HUGE part in our wedding day! Thank you so much!
I was absolutely blown away by Very Eventful. Out of all the vendors we had at our wedding, this team were truly something special and felt more like family.
Right from the beginning I felt very confident in the fact that the team weren't just there because they were being paid but because they were incredibly passionate about the venue styling that they do. For 2 years I'd planned what I'd like our wedding to be like, and when I finally got to meet Helen a few months before the big day, I couldn't believe all of the amazing ideas she had. She'd taken the time to listen to my vision and then used that come up with something that was more perfect than I ever could have hoped for... even the groom was blown away and cries every time he watches the video that Helen sent us.
After following Very Eventful on social media for years I couldn't wait until it was finally our turn, in our venue and for our guests to be immersed in the magical environment that the team create and I certainly was not disappointed.
The styling was meticulously thought out, always with the experience of the guests in mind and also with consideration to value for money. Helen was so conscientious and tried so hard to reuse displays etc so that we weren't going over budget. We had so many comments on how beautiful the styling was and I will be forever grateful to the team for all of the hard work that they put into making our day incredible. The hours that were put into all of the installations that were created we unbelievable. I even went back to the venue in the evening for a sneak peak and couldn't believe it when the full team were still there, 12 hours in and still so enthusiastic. I felt so confident in Helen and her skills that I asked her to return on the wedding
Thank you Helen and Mandy for making my vision come to life on our wedding day! The venue looked amazing and the service Very Eventful provided from start to finish was second to none! Nothing was too much and the ladies are so helpful throughout the full process. All the guests commented on how lovely the decor was and I couldn’t recommend Very Eventful enough!
“Wow, where do I start?! Put simply, Helen, Mandy and the rest of the lovely ladies at Very Eventful made our wedding dreams come true! We had a vision of what we wanted but also gave the team creative license and we completely trusted them to make our venue look great. They way exceeded our expectations and just nailed the brief! They took ALL the stress out of the day and took care of everything, from stationary, the flowers, to turning the room around and even setting our donut stand up! They went above and beyond for us and we’re eternally grateful. We would recommend them again to ANYONE getting married, or hosting a special event. Helen and Mandy were so responsive and excited about any ideas I had leading up to our wedding, they had so many good ideas of their own to add to the mix and just got the vision straight away!
On the day they were the loveliest people to have around you on the best day of your life and made so many great suggestions.
The styling was beyond beautiful and I was stress free on the weekend because they were working so hard behind the scenes and just cracked on! They made me feel like I was the only bride in the world and cannot ask for more than that!
